Increasing engagement and lowering absenteeism

Increasing staff engagement and lowering absenteeism are interconnected. Improving one almost always leads to an improvement in the other. However, creating the improvement is challenging. The unique approach of the Increased Engagement Programme unearths hidden truths underpinning staff behaviours. Employees are challenged to commit to their own personal actions to improve their own engagement. This generates advice to the leadership team on the support needed for the commitments to become reality.  


In effect, this programme allows the leadership to have a simultaneous 1-on-1 conversation with all employees (at all levels). The output is insightful and valuable, and frequently highly specific to particular situations within individual operational teams. This frequently leads to quick wins, which although they might seem small, in fact can have a big impact.  


The central element of the process is a series of short cycles. Each cycle asks for feedback, in addition to seeking action and accountability. Our team facilitates these cycles and ensures the program is interactive, inclusive and agile. The feedback and personal input from your employees shapes the programme, while simultaneously allowing employees to reflect and contribute within their own 'circle of influence'.
